Such a lekker historical building! Spacious room with high ceilings and a great brekkie spread—those pastries were a highlight. Chommie at reception was super helpful with all our questions!

The bathrooms, despite being renovated, lack proper ventilation, leading to humidity after showers, making for an uncomfortable experience. One room had a jacuzzi that appeared dirty, which isn't ideal. I noticed a lack of outdoor tables for breakfast in the courtyard and wished for a long wall mirror near a plug socket, as the available mirrors were inconvenient for drying hair. be prepared for sporadic hot water during peak times and an occasional slow Wi-Fi connection. The common areas look tired and could use a refresh, as they're quite functional but not inviting.

Charming stay in a perfect spot
This place is super clean and has such an elegant vibe! The high ceilings and nice marble details are a treat. Breakfast was on point, especially the pastries. Only thing was, I wished there was a kettle in the room. But with all the cafes around, it wasn’t a biggie!
